These are good for portion controlled meals since they are so small, just
don’t eat too many at once haha! :)
Made them tonight. Absolutely delicious! Everyone loved them. My only
suggestion is not to over stuff mushrooms. And maybe use less breadcrumbs.

They look good. Stuffed mushrooms always a favorite. My wife and I were
over our friends house for dinner the other evening and she made stuffed
mushrooms. She added a little ground beef to the stuffing. I said, that’s
funny…I don’t think I’d ever had Stuffed mushrooms with meat before. But
I will say, they were outstanding. I couldn’t get enough of them. This
recipe looks good also. I think I’ll try it tomorrow.
Ashley dont stir the mushroom two minute or say just lay it out in pan wait
two minutes then flip it the other side and again leave like that two
minutes it wont be soggy anymore

Hi Laura, I just made this and I have one question, my dish turned out to
be crispy on top but the stuff in the middle is still kinda wet, moist, is
it supposed to be like this? Or I shouldn’t put too much stuff in each
mushroom? Thanks a lot

when they mature the cheeses they are not in the fridge? i wonder why they
refrigerate them after they have matured and are ready to be sold at
retail? either way good quality parmesan is yummy!

I just made some lobster meat, triple cheddar cheese,bread
crums,parsley,the remaining stumps,garlic powder,salt,pepper, as the
stuffing. Lord jesus yummmmmm
