chef harpal ji i usually leave the skin on the thigh/drumstick pieces. that
way i dont even need to baste the meat with butter. i dont know why we
desis remove the skin.
To get the liquid out of the yogurt, can pantyhose be used instead of the
straining tool? Sorry for the dumb question.

I just bought the tandoor oven bc of your recommendation. I have three
questions
a. How much flame should I use? low, mid or high?
b. Can I marinade the chicken (2nd marinade) overnight?
c. Do I flip the chicken at around half way (9 min)?

Gas oven? I have a woodburning one. Tastiest. Kinda like a tandoor only it
will do pizza’s well.

Hi chef can u give me any suggestions as to how can I improve when I make
the tandoori chicken in oven but I always find these black blood lines
running out ony chicken when I take them out I do put deep gashes.plz help.
