This is one of my favorite Sunday’s brunch. The only difference is that I
added either breakfast sausage or smoked ham to them. My 3 year old won’t
touch it if there’s no meat, so whatever it takes to get some veggies in him

You should not be so rude and demanding. You really have no right to, as
you do not pay for this show, and Laura already tries so hard to please all
of her viewers by giving them what they want. The quality if her videos are
almost as brilliant as her food, and if you can’t spend 1 minute searching
for the recipes, you don’t even deserve to try them. Also, you should learn
how to use Ctrl+F.
If you hold “CTRL” (pronounced control) and press “F” on your keyboard, it
brings up a search function. You can then type up a word that you’re
looking for on the page, and you will move to it. I found this recipe in
about three seconds. The more you know!
i can easily tell that you LOVE cooking and love making these videos and it
is so refreshing to see that plus your italian style recipes sound
really delicious! keep up the good work
I hate eggs with cheese and spinach; let me just cook a recipe made from

Besides, that is a nice Frittata recipe. I usually don’t do potatoes but
meat so this idea is pretty nice. And yes, while cooking it looks pretty
disgusting.

And actually, here is the definition of Frittata so you can know what
you’re talking about next time. “Frittata is an egg-based dish similar to
an omelette or quiche, either simple or enriched with additional
ingredients such as meats, cheeses, vegetables or pasta. It may be flavored
with herbs.” Google it next time.
health conscious people shouldn’t be here preaching and ruining the
hardwork behind food videos. you know how much you should or shouldn’t eat
and i’m sure many do. but please do not impose yourself on others. for the
sake of their health you say? sorry, but everyone has their own consumption
choices, healthy or not, too much or not is their own damn business. don’t
make me force a gallon of melted bacon fats down your throat.

This looks wonderful but I’m allergic to eggs… could i do this with
chickpea flour like a farinata? Chef John, could you do a farinata recipe,
the only recipes here are in Italian?
The fact you are fighting the definition of a fritata with such fever would
imply otherwise. What I ment was that I enjoy chorizo with frittatas and
since they are both spanish. They complement each other well. Now hon with
your fat ass.
