alll use mozzarella !
Going to try this one, I have made chicken parm but I always pounded out
the chicken breasts and broiled it to finish with parmasean cheese, sorry
about the miss spelling. Love your humour at the end of the video.

What i don’t understand with this typical american dish is why you call it
chicken PARMEZAN if there is no PARMEZAN – cheese or ham in it

It’s not called chicken Parmesan because of Parmesan cheese people. But
yeah, use fresh mozzarella over the shredded stuff.

I will use this recipe for sure but something about you chef says you are a
great lover of many things good. I love how you drink your good wines and I
