HMMM Im on a diet… how do I fit these into my macros though?
Does anyone know if you can just use instant yeast? I want to make them
tonight, but while shopping I discovered my supermarket doesn’t have dry
yeast, only instant yeast.

I have been watching your videos and trying some if your recipes. This one
I had to tweak and use less flour, but it all came together, greatly. I
added walnuts and made a butter cream frosting. I posed a pic of it on FB.
This was THE best dessert I have made this year. Thank you for sharing your
expertise! My girls even run to the computer to see you and they say Hi
guys with you…every time. They love you!
How did any body make this product without her giving measurements. She
showed a nice video presentation of the ingredients? Most of here show are
the same.
I just made this recipe for cinnamon rolls today and it was a hit. Couldn’t

I am so disappointed with this recipe I’m not sure on where I did wrong.
The dough came out tough and somehow doesn’t stick together after mixing it
up in the mixer for 7 minutes. I thought I made a mistake in the yeast in
the first dough I made so I made a second one, with the yeast soaking a bit
linger in the sugar and water mix. But it came out the same as the first. I used instant yeast for this. Can anyone help me with this?
I like that you say & show all ingredients but do u think u can make
another video saying the exact amount of each ingredients please i love

Laura, I am so happy! I did it! And the chef at the house approved it
(talking about my “madre”) I have been on a paleo life style because 2
years ago my cholesterol, thyroids numbers were a little bit off..and also
I have a mild case of hives… first doctor want me to medicate
immediately; I went for a second opinion, and this doc. agreed with me,
nothing that can be manage with a new life style and a natural medicines;
since then I have the fortune to have my madre living with us, who likes to
cook, so paleo bread is made for me, and the rest of the family have home
made bread.. now that my numbers have been improve and thanks to a my sweet
friend Bane, whom motivate me to be more involve in the kitchen; I started
only once on a while weekends to allow my self to have “home made grains
recipes” and today I was able to pull this off thanks to you!! well.. and
my hubby ( whom is a tech geek like yours) helped me to get the
measurements for the butter ;). Now hubby and I have enough energy to run
our 5k today at night. Hugs from Florida.

Laura can you mix it without a mixer ? Whats the best thing to mix it with

Looks nice! Almost like Swedish cinnamon rolls, but we use salted butter,
put a beaten egg instead of melted butter, and instead of the glaze we put
pearl sugar. (Yes, I am Swedish…)
Too sweet with the glaze on top!:/

What if you don’t have unsalted butter? Can you use salted butter instead?
