After two bad experinces lately with pizza deliveries, I’ve decided to go back to making my own pizzas. I love all kinds of food, and can cook most anything,…
Check out this home made pizza recipe with home made pizza sauce. Its always a great satisfaction when you cook something on your own and that too with savin…
Minus the black olives Rus,,, OOh lahlah Brother. Love homemade pizza and
cant agree more. So much better at home. Wow
Tastes great ! I have the same problem though that I have always with my
homemade pizza and that the cheese always slides off. Any idea what I’m
doing wrong ??
Now that is how to make pizza!! Wow from homemade dough for your crust to
homemade sauce and delicious toppings!! Great pizza Rus:))
got a pizza stone but I don’t make my own dough. The supermarket has ough
for pizza, so I just buy that and put whatever I want on it.Your Piza looks
off the hook as usual, Thumbs Up!
Thanks Paula! I’ll be getting me a bread machine before long, like you use,
to take all the work out of the dough!
@Smokyribs1 haha! I saw the seeds in the jalapeños and I broke out into a
sweat lol!
Thanks Kathy, they were soooo good! I don’t know why I ever stopped making
them this way? I’m making a video as soon as I get what I need to do them
on a Weber Kettle grill.
I think I’ll have pizza for lunch.

good.

Me too! I bet that would be awesome with the different meats and cheeses!
Wonderful pizzas.they look scrumptious. Cant beat jalapeños on pizza.
Thanks very much
Thanks so much! They are really good, and not really that much trouble to
make, but they are sure are a lot cheaper to make them your self, and
better!
Thanks
Awesome looking pizza..I need to get me a stone..Cheers
Thanks so much Jersey Joe! Yeah, they are a little bit of work, but to me
worth the effort, but I am a pizzaholic lol! I was out in VA in 2011 for 8
months, and they had local mom and pop pizza parlors all over the Hampton &
Newport News area, and I tried every last one of them, and man, they sure
turned out some good pizza. I didn’t eat a franchise chain pizza the entire
time I was there, LOL, but unfortunately here on the Mississippi coast,
about all we have is national chains.
Nice job..
Thank you, Smoky! That looks like a lot of work, and very complicated to
make! *lol* But you show us each of the steps in a nice logical order.
Great job! I really enjoy your videos! Sorry that you had such a bad
experience with your pizza delivery. I’m pretty lucky where I live, and
my local pizza parlor is great . . . but maybe someday I will try to make
pizza your way! *lol* Thanks again, and I wish you continued success on
your channel. All best, Jersey Joe
Thanks Joe! It was so fresh and good! It didn’t last no time, lol
Best pizzas on you tube, right here. No doubt about that!
Thanks Joe! I’m hoping people that has never made their own, will try this,
and see just how easy it is.

Both pizzas look very delicious and scrumptious! Must try this. Thanks for
sharing.

Mumbai….will def try this sometime , looks delicious esp the sauce
can i make with wheat flour??
It’s the combination of baking powder + baking soda + yogurt + lemon that
makes it raise. It’s a chemical fact, I think what she meant in the title
is the fact that there is no natural yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) in
the recipe. That’s why she adds lemon juice at the end.
Reference: Baking soda, also known as sodium bicarbonate or bicarbonate of
soda (alkali) is about four times as strong as baking powder. It is used
in recipes that contain an acidic ingredient (e.g. vinegar, citrus juice,
sour cream, yogurt, buttermilk) [...] Baking soda starts to react and
release carbon dioxide gas as soon as it is added to the batter and
moistened. Make sure to bake the batter immediately.

Is it really necessary to let it rest? After all there is no natural yeast,
the ingredients just react together in the hot oven
i thought you used yogurt to replace yeast… but u didn’t… so why did
you use yogurt??
My sibling suffered from cystic and severe acne since she was 15. She’s now
36 and for the 1st time ever, this woman does not have break-outs. She got
word of the Acne Executioner (Google it) and this method revealed to her
the way to rectify acne disorder.

Why yogurt?
yep the right way to do the dough !!! my way !
@anshumee1 Thanks so much for feedback, yup you can follow the same recipe
to prepare whole wheat pizza. Thanks for asking
well if you want it to taste vanilla-ish. lol,
Thanks for the suggestions. Intend was to make crispy pizaa but you can
always reduce cooking time as per your taste. Happy cooking.
gosh, you’re pretty…..just making a compliment, ma’am..
there are many techniques, but unfortunately it also depends from oven to
oven, so learn your oven. The general rule is, want it crispy cook the
dough first (3-5 mins depends on oven, look at the colour), flip and
repeat, just like fries, like em drispy, deep fry take em out, then dunk
them in for a minute again. For soft crust, you gotta cook the whole pizza
(with toppings) for about 15-20 minutes (depends how thick + # of toppings)
on 400-500. Unfortunatle there are so many variables.EXPERIMENT
Are you talking about Lasgna. If so, please seatch for “Veg Lasgna Roll
ups” recipe on my channel. Thanks,
sounds like it’s painful for you to speak in english
Wow I love the goood information you have given to us all. I am going to
try to make it . But do I have to use yogurt to make the pizza Dough? So
can I use something else? Please let me know thank you again.
Why did you add the lemon juice at the end, why cant be mix in before it
forms a dough… any specific reason why or it does not really matter as
such???
