my cookie dough wasnt liquidy at all..like when i touched the dough with

using high-quality ingredients doesn’t mean you cannot also use quality

my cookie dough was a bigger batch because i used laura vitale’s
measurements but i used your techniques… still turned out like crap T_T

just tried it and it was amazing!!!
You should substitute at least half of the sugar, with brown sugar. Gives a
much chewier texture and a much better and deeper/richer flavor :)

with the dough, but made few cookies and they were awesome. I think our
problem was that our butter was too soft! Hani, any thoughts? My dough
looked fine, but was too creamy and would stick to everything..

I tried making the dough yesterday, the dough came well. wrapped in plastic
cover and kept in fridge for 10 hours . this is the first time i am making
cookies. the dough is so stiff and tight in the morning , i am not able to
roll out. what is the mistake here. will wait for your reply.

I’ve just finished baking my cookies, this recipe is so yummy you can’t go
wrong, I tell you what; I rolled out the dough before I put it in the
fridge and leave it just about ready to cut and I only waited for 2 1/2
hours, then I rolled it out again but just until softened a little bit,
then I cut out my cookies and they kept their shapes so perfectly during
the whole 9 min (350 F. *I live in southern California). Thanks so much for

Hi Hani, I just tried your recipe & my dough is setting in my fridge ! I
did exactly like what you said but after i added my flour it turned out
really dry so i added about 2 teaspoons of cold milk & it turned out just
like what you have. I hope that it looks like yours when its baked , thanks

excellente’!!! made these for a 50th party, using a high heel shoe and the
cookies were amazing, soft and tasty!!!! Used the parchment paper method
to roll out cookies so no extra flour, amazing!!!! no clean up! Thanks

freezer and then defrost and use it…Pls help…Am definitely going to try
this…Most recipes suggest that we freeze the dough in the freezer and
then bake and decorate the cookie…am confused..Please help!
I followed your recipe to a T. But when I went to knead my dough it was
extremely sticky I added a bit more flour to it to be able to manage it
enough to put in my plastic and chill. I’m going to let it sit overnight to
see what happens. Do you think they will come out ok? Or should I just toss
the whole dough and start over?

I come across usually call for about 1-2 teasons of vanilla extract.
