   I was pleasantly surprised by this book, there are lots of recipes that sound delicious and seem fairly simple to prepare. Some of the recipes that I will be trying are chicken with basil dumplings, easy lemon pepper slow chicken, teriyaki chicken, and chicken cordon bleu. Some of the recipes are repeated with just some minor variations, but all in all this is a great book of crock pot recipes that I am really looking forward to trying.
