Laura is the BEST. It’s always gratifying when the cook does things the
same way that you do. I use 1 tsp. of corn starch in the flour mix. I
believe that it helps everything to adhere to the meat/chicken. I use
peanut oil for any chicken application. This recipe needs lots of counter
space for the cookie tins but every inch is necessary.
Not sure if You have ever been down into the deep South. Panola hot sauce
is what many of us use. Its hard to come by outside of Louisiana. I order
it here in Virginia.
