Thanks for making this list. It was very helpful.
The Narrators English is terrible.. Many Misprounced words..
On the dairy, I noticed that skim milk has 13 grams of sugar for 8 oz but
there is very little sugar in half and half. Any thoughts on that?
Sorry dude, just agreed up till #7 after that it is consideration; depends
on health conditions, no one wanna take it blindly. Good video but …
But having unnaturally high amounts of fat and oils in your diet is what
CAUSES diabetes. Why would you recommend eating more if any at all? Things
like avocados and other fatty foods are exactly the types of things you
don’t want. I’m talking type 2 by the way.
Sensational! Taking notes, while viewing this video! Onions & garlic, leafy

olive, coconut oil> Meaningful, Worthwhile, Video! Thanks X 10! “Great

I have problems with milk and cheese spiking my levels. I assumed it was
the lactose, which is also called “milk sugar”. But yeah, in moderation,
its doable.
You may be trying to control your blood sugar but!
You are not helping anything eating all those fat foods.
Thanks for the great tips! I’m eating on a very low budget..any other tips
that are more inexpensive? Thanks again! It was awesome!
Despite eggs being found next to milk and cheese I suggest you look up the
meaning of ‘dairy’. Whilst researching I guarantee you will not find
cows/sheep/camels or yaks laying eggs.
Vegetarians eating eggs? Perhaps a quick search might reveal that
‘vegetable’ and ‘egg’ are mutually exclusive and you also will not find
them growing on trees.
It’s not about ‘personal perspective’ but a question of semantics!
Please, what is the references that this information taken from?
is this information is trusted and right..
I have a kid of 7 years old with diabetes , since 4 days ago..
thank you.
Should have stopped at #7… After that this list is a disaster for almost
anyone’s state of health…
Eggs are a dairy product? I didn’t know cows laid eggs…
The moral of the story is to eat healthy fat. Stay away from carbs and
sugar.
Also works for weight loss.
Eggss are not a dairy. Also, the effects of alkaline and acidic foods
translating into dietary benefits or negative consequences, has no
scientific evidence support. The list of low glycemic foods seems pretty
accurate though.
The video is good but your English really sucks! Have someone check your
videos for your written and spoken English. Otherwise, I appreciate your
subject matter. It’s real food that is all good for you, including real
fats and oils that should be used in moderation in all diets. Most
diabetes is caused by eating over processed food and not exercising at all.

fat DOES not cause fat and it DOES not cause diabetes you total morons.
This is why we are so fat, we substitute all those GRAINS (refined or not)
and pour carbs into our blood stream which turns into instant blood sugar
spikes. FAT does not make you fat nor does it spike your blood sugar.
