Good Soup,
This is a cookbook of simple to make delicious soup recipes.
I like the Mayan Chicken Soup recipe particularly, although personally to my taste I would use 3 cups of cooked shredded chicken breast instead of 2 in order to make the breast to broth ratio at 1 to 2 instead of 1 to 3. That however is only my personal preference; and cooking and eating is a very personal activity.
As well I found the Lemon Asparagus Soup and Mushroom Asparagus Soup recipes of particular interest.
