fruit is the last thing a diabetic needs. lol
Is oatmeal okay for diabetes?
For a compromised Pancreas that produces way below what a person normally
needs, this is too much carbs. You will have to shoot up with so much
insulin just to get the BS down. The only thing that really works is low
carb. Sad but true! I love carbs/sugar but it drives my BS off the charts.
Yogurt/dairy, grains/bread, fruit – jacks my BS way over 300. I wish they
would be more realistic with these videos.
EVERTYHING LOOKS DELICIOUS!!!

There are literally thousands of different opinions on what is the
best/better diet for people who suffer from Diabetes. As a Diabetes
sufferer I have spent a lot of time searching for information on which
foods are good and which food is bad for you. Looking through many
cookbooks, it was sad to see what people were recommending. Hey, we might
suffer from diabetes, but it does not mean we have to eat food that does
not taste good.
I used diabno and that has sorted my sugar levels. You should look into it
if you’re diabetic too – check Diabno on google to see what I mean…
this is the same information that many dead diabetics follow… there is
new information about how to reverse diabetes thru raw-vegan diets… dairy
is the cause of t-1 diabetes… the bovine protein triggered an auto-immune
response… bovine is mistaken for beta cells… when the body attacks the
bovine it also attacks your insulin producing cells…auto immune disease
101… you can eat volumes of raw fruits, nuts, seeds and nuts and reverse
diabetes at the same time… i did it…!
@diabeticsurvivalkit I have been looking for answers but I have found
none,,Iam a dibitic but I cant follow a dietbetic diet because of my
illistomy .I have no rectum,,no large instine ,and part of the small
instine had to be removed as well, all because of chronse disease ,2009 I
got dibitis,I cant have ,high fiber roughage,eat less calories(if I did I

roughage eat less ,I dont absorb a fourth of what I take in,HELP
you get bio-available proteins from green leafy veggies… where do you
think a cow gets her protein..? it is the same place she gets her
calcium… eat collard greens… it is one of the best ways you can get
calcium.. because it also has iron, magnesium and zinc (that dairy dose
not) those other nutrients are needed to lodge the calcium into your
bones… all studies show the calcium in dairy cannot be absorbed…
this video gives dangerous information…!
Just go paleo and keep the fruits and veg on the low end of the glycemic
index. Simple
UH, OH YEAH, HOPE YOU ENJOY YOUR COMPILATION OF GAY HUMOR!
more precisely cooked fats cause your diabetes genes to get turned on…
eliminate the cooked fats… my T1 diabetes is almost completely gone…i
chose a RAW-VEGAN diet… amazing results..
The problem with this video is the “Certified Diabetes Educator” … this
certification comes from the same dogma that the ADA pushes – which is
well-established to keep your glucose high, and keep you sick and on drugs.
Why? Because the ADA, Dietician governing bodies, AHA, etc., are all funded
primarily by big pharma and big food industry. It’s easy to verify. You
want healthy blood sugars? Eat a ketogenic diet high in healthy fats (no
refined oils) and full of nutrient-dense foods.
IKR. Light this, low fat this, granola, fruit… This is why diabetics are
losing their legs. I’ve been on a lchf diet for a month now and my bgl’s
have went from 2-300 fasting on a lower carb, low calorie diet to 100-150
any time of day.I take no medications or insulin.
Weimar Institute w their Newstart program has some great videos online
based on solid research that shows the value of vegan, whole food,
minimally processed foods and eating the normal amt of calories while
adding exercise. Tons of health benefits. Feasts, parties every few months
may offer you the little bit of animal foods you need.
I hate all those food, it looks yuck! I hate raw veges and loves ice-
cream, yum! I wish I could eat all those sweets all day long yet don’t get
effected by diabetes. What a life! Sweets are infron of you, yet you can’t
eat it! or else, you’ll die. I miss my youth when I could eat anything, yet
food did not effect me; no I was not interested in eating food then! I was
thirst for love then and I remeber hunger was nuisance!! Now that I’m fat
and ugly, food is only my life yet, I can’t eat it!
I don’t agree with this advice. Dangerous for diabetics.
I was brought up on water. We never drank juice at all. We would eat whole
fruit with all its fiber intact. I have tried to teach my kids to eat food
only in its natural form. We never eat cereal as we consider it deranged
crap in a box. We eat good quality protein, sweet potato or squashes, tons
of leafy green veggies some fruits, lentils, beans, brown rice, etc. We
watch the carbohydrate portions and have a treat once in a while. Any way
good luck to you.
Try Greek Light Yougurt from danon, has only 5gr of sugar
35g of carb in one yogurt/fruit parfait is healthy??? Dr. Richard
Bernstein, the authority on treating diabetes for glucose control
recommends 30g of carba A DAY… 35g in one 300 calorie snack is crazy.
So you’re telling us that your doctor didn’t recommend exercise and a
proper diet to help with your diabetes?
granola is a high sugar product.
thanks for ur info please google w w w dot the hidden disease dot com
Thank you.
Yeah, tomatoes are classified as a fruit, indeed. However, their use is
more of a vegetable than a fruit. I’d kill someone if they tossed slices of
tomato in my fruit salad.
I thought spinach contains oxalic acid as does rhubarb, especially the
leaves. I would not want any oxalic acid in my diet. Could someone verify
or disconfirm please.
I would put kale right at the top of this list and basically all other
green leafy vegetables. Check out my article on why leafy greens are so
important to diabetics:

yes, but how much bitter melon is required?
Both tomatoes and cucumber are botanical fruits, encapsulating seeds with
tissue derived from the flower.
@TruthBalance that is possible, but why when I asked everybody, I know,
so that is why
they started laughting, that it is a vegetable for sure.
I don’t get it.
Can u give me d name & details of those 8 top vegetables…bcoz my YouTube
not working…I’m a diabetic patient…
I am a diabetic and had FOUR strokes because of it. The doctors told me not
to eat too much vitamin K because it causes blood clotting. I love
vegetables but am careful because of this. They are not the “perfect” food
that others make them out to be. And yes Simka 123, tomatoes ARE a fruit
although they are most often used as a vegetable.
Love to see healthy food. Thanks.
i don’t mean to be a jerk but tomatoes are fruit.
Add Bitter Melon to that list
IF YOU HAVE DIABETES, GO TO YOUR DOCTOR AN DEMAND “DON’T ASK”, THAT THEY
CHECK YOUR TESTOSTERONE LEVELS!!!!!! I WENT TO THE DOCTOR AN FOUND MY
TESTOSTERONE LEVELS WERE VERY LOW, AFTER I STARTED T-REPLACEMENT, I STARTED
HAVING ALOT BETTER CONTROL OVER MY DIABETES! DEMAND THAT THEY CHECK YOUR
T-LEVELS!!!AFTER ALL, IT IS YOUR HEALTH! YOU CAN THANK ME LATER!!!!!
how about lettuce and corn
Terribly uneducated? Seriously? Normal people do not care about real
classification of tomatoes. It is eaten with other vegetables, every child
here would tell you it is vegetable. Isn’t it like habit? it is easy to say
that we are “uneducated” because of habits in your country. Sorry for bad
English.
That’s what I heard about bitter melon is good for diabetics.
yes there is a “cure” for type two diabetes, and you thinking it would be
all over the “real” news (as if that ever existed) shows how oblivious you
are to the way the pharmaceutical industry works. Sheesh! People still
don’t know?
bittermelon is also best for diabetes
@grvonny tomatoes are considered as vegetable in our country. where are you
from?
@tomcat624u you are right
Why is a tomato in the same family as a potato? You can even cut off the
top stem of a potato and graft a tomato lead shoot on and it will grow and
bear fruit
My friend was using the roca labs formula and she lost 30 lbs in 3 months!
She said she needs to lose 10lbs more and is positive she’ll get that on
the next month using the product.
Lettuce is good, but corn is starchy and not recommended for diabetics.
I was able to lose weight in just two weeks using the roca formula.. though
it is quite hard during the first few days, I was able to handle it and now
lost 8 lbs in just 2 weeks! will continue using the product until I finally
reach my goal.. thanks!
