   I can’t say enough about pumpkin. It is not only fun at Halloween, but it is a delicious vegetable as well.
   Pumpkin is part of the squash family so using it for soups is fun, easy, delicious and nutritious. These recipes are all easy and delicious to make. Try one or try all and you will not be sorry! Enjoy!
