we bit of your experience and recommend what to serve this with? Potato
pancakes, drop biscuits, Worcestershire sauce, Branson Pickle maybe?
Looks good, but its not Irish stew, sorry, you have to use porter,
preferably Guiness.

Just started to view your videos. We do not have that cut of Lamb in
England UK as far as I know I think the ‘shoulder’ and thigh is sold as a
roasting joint. Where exactly does this cut of ‘chops’ come from, and is
there just one or two per leg or hip or whatever, because the chops are the
same size and I would expect them to be varied if more were cut from the
animal?
just 2 spoons of hungarian paprika and this can not be better
It is not Irish-American, it is just Irish
You can find them in most supermarkets. Better yet you could go to a
butcher to get better quality meat
It is yet I’d personally make it a lil bit different.

I am Irish & I only make my stew with beef only. I feel that lamb is a
tender meat of flavour that needs to be eaten by itself – personal
prefence, I dunno. How I make mine is, get beef, (we usually can buy diced
but if not get some cheapish steak and dice yourself), sear the outside in
a pan – do not cook it. Strain fat from meat. Put meat into boiling water
w/beef-stock & leave cook on low heat til nearly soft. Add potatoes,
carrots, onions & peas (cook respectively) Add thyme & black pepper..
