I was about to say that. It’s not hard to do and I have done it twice when
it was snowing so hard we couldn’t get out of our doors..For every cup of
sugar you put in your blender put 1/2 teaspoon of cornstarch and pulse it
up till it’s powdery. The only thing I have to say is to make sure you have
a good quality blender, as the cheap blades tend to get scratched from the
sugar crystals.
Hi Maxine. To make enough frosting for cupcakes mix together 250g icing
sugar, sifted 80g unsalted butter, at room temperature 25ml whole milk a
couple of drops of vanilla extract Hope this helps. Let us know how you get

Hi. No you need to use powdered sugar, also known as icing sugar or
confectioner sugar to make us this frosting as normal sugar will be too
gritty for the icing. Let us know how you get on

have that same fumm as the one in the store but I am going to us it anyway

If you don’t have Confectioner’s sugar, that’s okay because the only
ingredients are cane sugar and cornstarch

Btw, you can make a substitute for powdered sugar! Just blend granulated
sugar and cornstarch until it’s really tiny and fine.
The ratio is 1 cup of flour to 1-2 tablespoons of cornstarch~
