boil all that spare lemon juice down into a syrup by adding sugar and
boiling, then filter it and add it to your lemoncello mixture… you’ll get
a much better flavour, just make sure it’s got a thick syrup like texture
before you add it, and add it after it has cooled

Nice , we make the orangecello and have have the limes on the radar for
years but never got around to making it , should be good, I need to get my
ass in gear and make some of that awesome clone brew, thats some good
shizit….!!!
I also live in PA, I just got the 151 Everclear…They didn’t have the 190
you have to go out of state for that.

Yes, I saw that on your video. Should be great! And I absolutly will let
you know. My batch will be finished on November 20th. That’s 2 weeks
masturating and 4 weeks resting. And I’ll mix it around a little every few
days.
I will be giving this a try for sure.
Grain is best but you can use Vodka……
A local store called Homegoods.
I plan on making this for my Father in law who is from Pachino.. One thing
you may like to try is run your alcohol through a britta filter a few times
before adding it. The carbon purifies and removes chemicals which hamper
taste and are responsible for hangovers.. A simple process you may like ; )

Hey Bowhunter you rock! Seeing your lemon and orangecellos change colours
intrigued me so much I had to try it. My first batch turned out awesome!
I’m on my second batch now and I know it will be even better. I am in
Ontario and use 94% pure grain alcohol from Quebec… I cut it about 2 to 1
with simple syrup. Stuff is super sweet and lemony but has some serious
kick at about 32% alcohol… does not freeze heh. Salut and Enjoy!
