“Red meat consumption has been consistently associated with an increased
risk of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM)…”
No news here but the study does quantify the diabetes risk based on the
amount of meat intake over time:
“increasing red meat intake of more than 0.50 servings per day was
associated with a 48% (pooled hazard ratio, 1.48; 95% CI, 1.37-1.59)
elevated risk in the subsequent 4-year period, and the association was
modestly attenuated after further adjustment for initial body mass index
and concurrent weight gain (1.30; 95% CI, 1.21-1.41).
Of course some people will suggest there could be some ‘moderate amount of
meat intake’ that may not be identified as a risk factor. Although the
study doesn’t reveal a safe level of meat intake, the study does go on to
examine a reduced risk of diabetes parthenogenesis with decreased meat
intake from baseline:
Reducing red meat consumption by more than 0.50 servings per day from
baseline to the first 4 years of follow-up was associated with a 14%
(pooled hazard ratio, 0.86; 95% CI, 0.80-0.93) lower risk during the
subsequent entire follow-up through 2006 or 2007.”

I ordered several books and read regularly on line to learn to stay healthy
and control my blood sugar.
Yes, Samkadya please credit this presenter by revealing his name!!
ar u talking about the effects of aspartame???this is contained in most
sweetners and diet drinks
Another thing to check for is a list of ingredients if it’s a bunch of
chemical names and not the names of actual things you would normally eat in
nature then probably not the best food to eat. Some Cereal Box advertises
Wheat and Honey in name of cereal on the box but when check the ingredients
listed by most common to least can actually contain more corn and sugar or
cornsweetner than it contains wheat and honey.
this guy works for big pharma, even though he speaks partial truths,he also
leaves out the most important information, mush like a used car salesman.
check out doctor mercola, and find out the truth that big medicine and big
pharma do NOT…want you to know, for controlling blood sugar and rid
yourself of ‘diabetic’ conditions, brought on by the commercial food
industry.
I love this guy’s presemtation. Very informative and presented in an
interesting way…want to hear more from him!!
This presentation is extremely good and consice!!
It taste gteat
My dad has had diabetes since he was 18. He has always been very thin. I
wish he would consider alternative therapies.
I have used bitter melon as it seems to have benefits for me. That along
with diabno has really improved my diabetes – search online for “Diabno” as
it’ll might help you also.
In moderation, is ‘dark brown’ sugar any healthier than white sugar? i put
it on cereal and oatmeal.
Thanks for this video. Recommended as most good and relevant on
understanding diabetes and taking care of it naturally.
great.
This is one of the best talks I saw on this topic!! Thanks.
Sugar/carb addiction for some people causes them to be more hyper and
unable to control their hormones. The cortisol hormone causes fat skinny
disease. By switching to a primarily meat, nuts/seeds and veggies diet it
makes it harder for the body to get glucose spikes which cause the
hyperactivity/anxiety etc. I know from personal experience. We need carbs
though. Solution: Only use carbs during and immediately post workout
followed by meat/veggie/seed meal within 30 minutes.
Go vegan for best health! Physicians for Responsible Medicine. Do not

Diet Plan (just google it), despite the fact that many people get good
results because of it. Thanks to my work buddy who told me about Proladox
