Oh yea, there’s no need for stale bread… Cube it, put it on a cookie
sheet drizzle with olive oil and bake it up crisp. It’s far better tasting
than the flavors stale bread can pull out of the air.

u didnt tell us which step to use the poultry seasoning ? could u please

I always make stuffing with cornbread and when I’m cooking the turkey,
there are very flavorful juices that come out of it, so I use that instead
of chicken stock.
shouldn’t stuffing be stuffed up to something?
