I need to try this next year. I’ve always wanted a good turkey recipe. My
mom always stuffs her turkey with rice. I explained to her that her turkey
is always dry, but she continues to do it EVERY SINGLE YEAR. I’m taking
over next year with this exact recipe!
Move aside mom, I’m taking over the turkey!!
we call this a 40 dollar gravy and it is by the pinnacle of turkey gravy
around the globe
I can’t cook my turkey like this, can’t have a turkey with out stuffing!
such taste, very gravy, much turkey. wow
thumbs up if your surprised at how this video made your mouth salivate
uncontrollably
What is the purpose of the crushed walnuts?
Looks like he needs to go for a leak before he starts.
I have a question. When do you start making the gravy? Directly after
taking the bird out of the oven and leaving it to rest? Or just before
serving?
HE COVERED THE TURKEY IN BACON. PERHAPS GORDON LIKES EPICMEALTIMES COOKING
SKILL.
I just tried this tonight for Thanksgiving and everybody RAVED about it.
Definitely making it my tradition from this day on.
This is overkill. Too much fuss. Stick the turkey in the oven with some
butter under the skin. Forget all the garlic and lemon and bacon and
herbs. chopped tomatoes?
I tried this recipe. I guessed on the butter amount and used one pound
which seemed about as much as he used. It didn’t overpower the bird but did
with the gravy so I skimmed it and it it was less buttery and used flour
for thickening and it was very good. The bird was also 20 pounds/~9 kilos.
By his “1/2 hour per kilo” puts it at 4 and a half hours but that was a
gross overstatement. It was done in a bit over 3 and that was too much and
became a bit too dry. It still was good but in the end, it tasted like a
turkey. Everyone else raved but I really didn’t see it, it just tasted like
a turkey. Not a bad way to make turkey thought. Separating the skin is
really easy which I thought I would break the skin.
Holy fuck, Ramsay, please make my Turkey dinner, my grandma makes the
turkey dry and tasteless
The temps seem too low. It would take 6 hours on 180 deg, wouldn’t it?
I did this turkey exactly like Gordon Ramsey for Thanksgiving. The result
was spectacular, the sauce was left without words.. you can find the recipe
on google
Fantastic. The gravy is to die for. Our Christmas Turkey has just been
prepared with the lemon and parsley butter and looks amazing! Can’t wait to
fire the oven up tomorrow. Thanks Gordon!
Lemme know how it turns out !!!!
I did this recipe today, the turkey and the gravy turned out just amazing.
The bird was a 6,5 kg and it just disappeared in a blink, the best turkey I
have ever tasted
does he store the fat from the roasted tray in which the turkey cooked?
MY BUTTER WON’T STICK TO THE TURKEY…what am I doing wrong
I would never have thought Ramsey a turkey man, my money was on goose…
0:19 Ramsay knows how to keep the birds incredibly moist.
That was some crazy ass gravy.
hi, i just watched this and it looks devine! wish i was at the studio so i
can take it from him and eat it all by myself!! looks amazing and i cant
wait to make it!!
This is nice and all but he gives no link to get the actual recipe to see
the measurements of the butter, sider, or stock to add… also he doesn’t
give us the temperature in fereheight… very cunfuesed …
I am doing a 25lb turkey it takes 6 hours to cook there is no way to let it
rest for 6 hours.
oh dear THIS is food porn. like hardcore
And how much cocaine will I need to snort to be as enthusiastic as old
Gordie?
“Keeping that bird incredibly moist.” haha sorry, I just, live in the
UK, so, yeah.
this is really good .
Lovely!

He bounces around like an athlete keeping warm before they jump into
whatever they’re doing. Or an ADHD kid on acid.
Why doesn’t he mention measurements, without the official recipe this video
is no good.

+BeatDownz911 Easter isn’t a stupid holiday. It is celebrated by any
Christian anywhere in the world.
This guy is so coked up. Look at how much he moves when making the butter.
Nice

I’m so happy I came across you this morning. I love your energy when you’re
cooking. You remind me of my cousin David Michael. Thank you. You’re a
pleasure to watch compared to the 15+ videos of boring women before you.
