Outstanding, I made it tonight. The secret ingredient is the caper brine,
so yes, you need it! It would still be good without it, but not as good.

if you are going to cook on that high level of heat, why use olive oil?

Why do you not remove the last tail segment of shell from the shrimp? I
can understand leaving it on if the shrimp was prepared to be eaten with
fingers but, as ‘knife and fork’ fare, that vestigial shell is a nuisance
and might hide a few extra nuggets of meat from less experienced table
surgeons. Excellent recipe and hope to try it soon. Thanks.

I just made it, too much caper juice, sour!. He really should say in the
video the amount of lemon juice he used. I think I had too much lemon juice
too.
