Hi Stephanie, thank you for all your effort! I just want to say that I love
that you give a lot of details, talk about alternatives and their effects
on the final outcome. It may be lengthy but it makes troubleshooting A LOT
easier for people still learning/not getting results that we want. I feel
like you really care about us getting positive results in our
baking/cooking experience following your recipes. Unlike many half-assed
(pardon my language, I’m a little frustrated) slipshod recipes that
promises a lot and look pretty in the video/photos but taste horrible
either due to their lack of info or my own incompetence. I’ve tried making
crepes a few times (different recipes – one with 1:1 flour to milk ratio,
the other 1:2, mixture of bread/AP or cake flour etc) but both recipes I
get tough rubbery texture (but awesome looking crepes) despite my strictly
following the vague instructions given in those recipes. I’ll be giving
yours a go after I’ve cleared my freezer of those half failed crepes.
Please do not shorten your videos just to cater to those watching only to
satisfy their eyes. We have more than enough of that in the net and on
youtube for them. Thanks again! I appreciate everything you shared with us.
PS. I’ve tried a few of your recipes and I’m more than happy with them! The
latest one was mocha muffins. Oh my, DELICIOUS!
Love your recipes
bless you
if you go to Hungary, and ask for pencakes, this is what you’ll get.
Thanks
Thanx
I love your recipes
These came out perfect. Thank you! ;)
thank you sooooo so so much. i’m making crepes for a party in french
class, and i had no idea how to do it. now i get it and thanks so much!!
Made these a couple of nights ago with lemon curd filling. OMG so good!!!
Reheated each 30 seconds in 900 watt microwave, uncovered. They are even
better the second day, if that’s even possible!
What type of butter did you use salted butter or un salted butter?
A childhood fav on Xmas eve!!
In Poland we call them nalesniki.I use cream cheese or farmer cheese with
sugar and vanilla extract as a filling and then put some blueberry sauce.
it is 11pm right now.i am totally craving crêpes especially the ones in
this video :-(
I love you and your videos and all your delicious receipts! much!
My dad calls the first pancake the ‘sacrificial pancake’… And being the
oldest child, he also refers to me as the ‘sacrificial pancake’… -_-
Lol. So complicated for nothing! Add eggs, flour, milk, vanilla extract
whisk thi together and then cook them! We dont have to wait 15 minutes!
Good.
Do have a video on making waffles? I saw your videos on pancakes too.
Can I use egg whites instead of whole eggs for this batter?
It’s called palacsinta here in Hungary.
with nutella or apricot jam :)

turnt out great xx Can’t wait to try more of your recipes.

I just found your channel a few days ago and gave the crepes a try. They
came out delicious! my first time. I really enjoy how detail and clear your
instructions are and the pace of your explanation and also the tips you
give in case we don’t have certain kitchen appliances. I can’t wait to try

“Gradually add the flour mixture…” *Dumps the entire bowl in* O_o
These came out perfectly! My 11 year made them. Easy to follow recipe.
How long would it exactly take to make 20 creeps
I fucking love crapes!!! Even tho we call them pancakes
It’s not easy to make paper-thin like in this video. Half of mine became
like Indian Naan :(
what type of flour u use for that ?
These were delicious and not too sweet so of u want to add sweet stuff then
it doesnt become to overpowering
They said add flour gradually they plonked it all in lol, im hooked on
french crepes now
R U kidding?
The ones you made were too thin for me but it still worked quite well when
I doubled the size!
Thank you for your question, Nisha. The flour is one of the key ingredients
in this recipe. Please let us know if you have a hard time finding it.
do you have to use flour?
Wow have the same name
I just made these crepes & they were delish! I added a teaspoon of vanilla
extract since it was for dessert. I added slices of bananas & whipped
cream..folded it up & drizzled the outside with Hershey chocolate syrup & a
sprinkling of confectioners sugar. Yum! Thanks so much!
Your crepe look way different than the ones I made with a crepe maker.
Asha why don’t you check your wifi and see if it is on!duh
Hi asha, sorry that you are having issues with this video! Can you try
opening YouTube in a different browser and see if that helps?
The video isn’t playing! It says playback error.
Hi there, yes this recipe is calling for all-purpose flour.
Is that plain flour?
My grandmother’s recipe (born and raised in France btw) called for one
tablespoon of oil for each 100g of flour, so using oil in your mix will be
fine, however, don’t skip the butter during the buttering of the pan. That
is a very important step to get the proper flavor of the crepe. This is not
a dish you want to try to go “lite” on. Eat it in moderation but enjoy it
to the fullest!
The French never disappoint…
