EXACTLY what I was looking for,
It’s a 1.5″ binder with 12 separators (w/ stickers: Meats, Dairy, Desserts, Cookies/Bars, Eggs, Pastas, and custom stickers for your own cookbook sections).
NOTE: This cookbook does not include recipe holder pages. I got these refill pages and they work perfectly:
CR Gibson QP-13 Large Recipe Binder Pocket Page Refill
Keep in mind there are only 20 in each set, so you might want to order 2 (or 3 depending on how many 5×7 recipes you have) right off the bat, to save on shipping. If you use all 12 divider sections like I did, and get these refills, you’ll have about 4 recipe slots (2 pages) per section. That was definitely not enough for my recipe collection, so I got 2 packs.

Surprisingly Perfect Fit,
I was looking for a recipe holder that didn’t just hold recipes cards, or a boxes – like I already have. I was looking for a binder, but not from Mead if you know what I mean.
This recipe binder was exactly what I was looking for. It is just that – a binder. But is not gaudy or awkward. It isn’t undersized for recipe printouts like most recipe collections on the market. It is convenient and in my opinion can organize even the most unorganized!
PROS:
– perfect for printouts and magazine pages
– It doesn’t’ matter what size your recipes are, there is a solution in this binder for them all.
– you can buy inserts for 8 1/2 x 11 inserts, or recipe card insert sleeves – so it is a one-fits all. All of you different types and sizes of recipes get organized in here!
– It organized me in a way I never thought I could organize recipes. It is neat and perfect.
– It probably holds between 100 sleeves – I put two recipes per sleeve (one front, one back) and no problem.
– The binder comes with tabs – and also with labels. I personally renamed my own labels but it is a nice idea
– There are pockets in some of the folders as well – which is convenient.
– There is a measurement guide in the front and back of the binder which is just a nice add
– It fits anywhere in my home – in a basket, in a kitchen, in a bookcase. It totally went from miscellaneous recipes everywhere to an organized binder that I label by chicken, pork, salad, chili, etc.
– Meadowsweet Kitchens has a great variety of inserts, holders, other organizers, etc. I am hooked on this brand now. It is exactly what the average person needs.
– I actually love it so much I ordered a whole set for my mom and sister for Christmas.
CONS:
– you have to buy the sleeves separately which get very pricey.
– you have to open the rings of the binder through the actual rings – there isn’t like a little lever or tab to open them. Not sure if that is just something in school binders but a good thought for their next round.
OVERALL:
Great for the everyday cook and busy person. Organized, convenient, easy, quick to flip through, variety of inserts… I would recommend this to anyone.
