   Robert. I like to use half and half minced pork and beef. Apart from the
   fact that I boil my filling in a stock pot, my recipe is same as yours. (I
   fry the onions and mince for a few minutes first, then add the veggies.)
   Lovely grub, but not too often for me, as spuds make me put on weight!
