lunch, if you put some rustic crusty bread, and a few ripe tomato slices
next to it.

online somewhere. There’s a recipe for it on Epicurious if you want to try
to make your own…

Thank you Chef John ! I can’t wait to try this recipe. I’m having a co-ed
baby shower soon and would like to serve this as a side dish. Will make a
practice run using parsley and cilantro separately to see which I prefer.
