I have an OTG-Oven Toaster Grill, What settings should I set for making
cookies?
What you could do is once you have the unbaked cookies on the baking sheet,
put it into the refrigerator for about 15 minutes or so. That will firm
them up so they won’t spread as much during baking.
Also, my oven has several settings such as baking for pizza, cakes and
such. Do you know what setting I should use for baking cookies, brownies
and cupcakes? My oven brand is ARISTON.
Never tried making it with regular unsweetened cocoa, but it should be okay.
Hi Stephanie, 2 questions: 1) How do I know if the center of my cookie is
soft and not uncooked or is the cookie still wet inside? (because baking
time is approximate and i cannot use a wooden skewer to poke through a
cookie in this case) 2) Can i replace white chocolate chips with diced
apricots (same amount or lesser) ?

You should be able to use margarine.
These cookies aren’t very crispy. You could try baking them a little
longer. And once you place the dollops of batter on the baking sheet,
flatten them a bit so the baked cookies will be thinner.

I always bake them until the outside is firm but the centers are still a
little soft when gently pressed. If you’re not sure about baking time, I
would first bake just two or three test cookies. Yes, you can replace the
white chocolate chips with dried fruit. Same amount if you like.
Just tried the recipe without the white chocolate chips. The texture of the
batter was very cake-like. When I tasted the cookie, it was cakey but the
taste was light enough to enjoy without being over baring. Also, I broke a
cookie into pieces and put in with some vanilla ice cream. It turned out to
be really good. If you’re not using any white chocolate chips, I’d suggest
these crushing them in small pieces and making your own cookies and cream
ice cream.
These are terrible. Do not make these. They are so sour and just BLUEGH
because of all the coco powder. Add more sugar next time. Or add chocolate
chips. I recommend you do this to them. :)

Very chocolatey, not too sweet, crisp outside and cakey inside. At least
they were when warm. Can’t wait to taste them cold. This recipe is a
