Sooooooooo DELICIOUS!! Just prepared these lovelies for my lunch boxes and
couldn’t resist a bite but had to have 2; they are so yummy, tasty, moist

This is the first of his recipes I’ve made and it is absolutely delicious.
I made them for a small gathering, so I doubled the recipe, and they were a
big hit. One important note: don’t use muffin-tin liners; they stick to
the liners and the edges don’t brown properly. Instead, it’s probably best
to use a non-stick pan or coat the tin with cooking spray. Keep up the

Loved everything!! I’ll have to redo the pumpkin protein muffins though,
they didn’t come out right (too much oat bran). I had already posted the
