   I’m using this to keep track of my intake and find it excellent. Great small size with good-sized areas to write in. I love this and find it so much nicer than all the others I’ve purchased in the past. Love the protective cover, too. So glad I bought it.

   This is great and I started out using it, but if you eat anything but packaged foods with nutrition labels you have a problem. I found My Fitness Pal online and it makes the who process much simpler. But this booklet is a great way to get started.
