   This book delivers just what it promises. Simple, basic Mexican recipes. Very Americanized, but that’s just what I was looking to find. Most can quite easily be adapted to suit taste and what you have on hand in your pantry.

   this book is well written and has easy recipes, you will have most of the ingredients on hand. The Mexican cheesecake is amazing
