Must have for every (veggie) burger lover,
But I didn’t plan to eat salads everyday, I knew at least 10 different vegan recipes, and 1 of them was of a tasty veggie burgers.
So you can imagine that finding this book with 101 different recipes for veggie burgers is like hitting the jackpot for me.
I tried so far just 5 recipes and I loved them all (Caribbean Portobello Burgers is my fav so far).
Here are 7 reasons why I love this book:
