Ingredients for making VITAMIN IDLY … GREEN GRAM BLACK GRAM OR URAD DAL FINGER MILLET OR RAGI How much should we add Finger millet or Ragi ?? 250 grams Now cut the BEET ROOT Add these Beetroot pieces into the bucket with our previous ingredients……. Continue beetroot cutting…… GREEN GRAM +BLACK GRAM + FINGER MILLET +BEETROOT grind all the ingredients into smooth paste …. Remove the paste into separate container now add parched rice ….. mix the contents well… Now shred the carrots with a grater ….. GRATED CARROT Add this grated carrot on the cloth for making idly again mix the batter well … Now add the idly batter onto idly plate,,,,, fold the cloth at sides place it in idly stand …. Hot … Hot Vitamin Idly is ready ……

  4. was the cooked rice added at last n how long it was fermented. also wala has to be soaked before grinding. while showing such recipes details should be given
