Hello everyone! Welcome again to our channel. Now, we are going to make… Crispy Fried Garlic Bits Let’s get started. This is the first step on how to manually make garlic bits. The process is quite tedious when you do this step. Aside from peeling of the garlic. If I were you, I will suggest to use small machines for grinding or food processor. Mince the garlic properly to get better result for our fried garlic bits. Transfer the minced garlic in a bowl. Use the food processor to mince the rest of the peeled garlic. For a finer garlic bits, make use of the food processor. Scrape out the minced garlic. Prepare a pot filled with cooking oil. Use vegetable oil or any oil you desired. Add half garlic slowly to avoid the oil from overflowing. Add the remaining garlic carefully to avoid any oil splash. Cook the garlic under low heat to keep it away from burning. From time to time, scrape the bottom of the pan to release all the minced garlic. Do this to evenly cook the garlic bits. Again, scrape the bottom and sides of the pot once the garlic bits turn golden brown, Use strainer and bowl to drain the oil. Keep garlic oil. Use it when making stir fry or fried rice. Lay garlic bits in a tray or plate lined with kitchen towel to cool down and to absorb excess oil. Once cooled down and dried up, transfer the fried garlic bits in a clean container. Stock the fried garlic bits in a room temperature. Keep container sealed to maintain its quality.
