The latest research on nutrition that influence longevity


This video is about the nutrition that influences
longevity. I will present the opinion of some “experts
in nutritional studies” followed by my opinion. Steven Gundry is a former cardiac surgeon
and author of the best-selling book “The Plant Paradox”. He was able to reverse artery plaque and many
diseases by telling people not to eat lectins. Lectins are found in everything that grows
roots when is placed in the ground, such as cereals, seeds, beans, nuts. The only way to get rid of lectins is to germinate
what you want to eat. Therefore, you have to eat sprouts and meat,
but not red meat. Scott Joseph wrote a book that suggests people
should eat only 1 type of food, instead of everything. He noticed wild animals eat only 1 type of
food and they are healthy. He says squirrels eat only nuts, giraffes
eat only leafs and so on. People are the only creatures eating everything,
grains, beans, veggies, legumes, oils, dairy products. I think Scott meant to say that
if we eat mostly 1 type of food, our body can become more efficient
in digesting that food. Brian Clement works at
Hippocrates health institute, where most people healed themselves
of different diseases. Brian says when people eat fruits, their cancer
cells multiply because fructose removes oxygen from the blood. Cancer cells do not like Oxygen. One way to increase oxygen in the blood is
to eat raw, fresh, young, living plants. That is why Brian suggests eating at least
50% micro-greens, or sprouts. He says “the most effective medicine he’s
ever used is sprouts”. He recommends Broccoli sprouts, Onion sprouts
and Garlic sprouts for treating Cancer. And Mungbean sprouts for baldness or gray hair
or prostate problems caused by Zinc deficiency. Actually, if you think about it, sprouts are
the only living food we can eat. I think there is nothing else on this planet
that we can eat that is still alive. Well, Brian also says he eats raw living Spirulina. Living Spirulina is alive as well. But Spirulina are bacteria with PH 12, while
sprouts are plants. But I am talking about living Spirulina, not
powder or tablets. I just ordered living Spirulina and I will
start growing it indoors. I will make a few videos about living Spirulina
as well. Bill Faloon is the co-founder of the “Life
Extension Foundation”. Bill suggests we should keep a low blood sugar,
either by taking Metformin, or by eating once a day. Dr Eric Berg also recommends eating once a
day, known as “Intermittent Fasting” in order to treat diabetes and hormonal issues. Dr Jason Fung recommends intermittent fasting
in order to lose weight. Dr Valter Longo studies “fasting mimicking
diets” which means 1 day eating 1000 calories and 4 days eating 700 calories, or it means
not eating at least 2 days in a row, or it means not eating 1 day a week. Valter noticed glucose and amino acids accelerate
aging. But all kinds of sugar (sucrose, fructose)
turn into glucose, and proteins are amino acids. Therefore he says proteins and everything
sweet accelerate aging. So in other words these doctors say “the
less you eat, the more you live”. Actually I know that monks eat once a day
as well, to allow their body time to detoxify. And when monks feel sick they do not eat. They believe human body feels sick when it
has too many toxins. I also eat once a day as well,
in order to give my body time to detoxify and regenerate every day. But Brian Clement says people
are deficient in proteins, because people consume cooked proteins. Brian says cooking destroys amino acids. But our DNA is made of amino acids. Therefore people need amino acids, but in
a raw state, not cooked amino acids. So Brian says people are deficient in raw
amino acids, but Valter says amino acids accelerate ageing. However Valter did not specify the kind of
amino acids that accelerate ageing. Is he talking about cooked or raw,
animal or vegetable protein? So I tend to believe Brian is right. But even if Brian thinks people are supposed
to eat only raw plants, without any animal products. I think Brian didn’t take into consideration
weather. Brian lives in Florida and has his own farm, where people grow fresh, ECO, BIO, organic plants. Therefore he has access to living plants. But people who live at temperature below 0 C
have access to old plants full of chemicals. I think those people should eat raw meat,
because where they live meat is fresh, veggies are not fresh. I think it is more important to stay away
from rotten food and chemicals and viruses and bacteria. The reason I stopped being a vegan is because
I realized I can find fresh meat, but I can not find fresh veggies. When I say “fresh” I mean from today or
yesterday, maximum 1 day old. In conclusion, it is best to eat living food,
such as living sprouts and living Spirulina. The second best food is fresh and raw food,
such as raw seaweed. But if you live in a cold environment you
can eat raw egg yolk, raw fish, or whatever you can find fresh and raw. I know raw beef is sold as “Tartar”, raw
pork is sold as “Prosciuto Crudo” and raw fish is sold marinated. Under no circumstances should people eat fruits,
ever. I guess during summer you could make an exception
and eat some fruits that are in season. But you have to increase the oxygen in your
blood after you eat fruits, because fructose decreases oxygen. So you have to do physical exercises and breathing
exercises after eating fruits. You could also live 2 weeks at high altitude
followed by 2 weeks at low altitude. This difference in altitude also increases
blood oxygen. Or you could get inside a hyperbaric chamber,
if you can find one. And in my opinion it is best to take enzymes
on an empty stomach, and then not to eat for at least an hour. That way the enzymes you take have time to
clean your digestive tract. I also think is best to eat once a day as
well. In my opinion, the reason people fast, is
to allow their body time to digest their undigested food. Undigested food is the main cause of health
problems. The reason people take enzymes, is because
enzymes eat organic things. So if you find out what food is undigested in your
tummy, you can figure out what enzyme to take. Actually now I take enzymes that digest Candida
biofilm, in order to help my body get rid of Candida. But I will make another video about what kind
