  1. I was always able to hide the onions and celery and bell pepper or whichever in tomato sauce and run it through the blender until smooth. If the kids couldn't see it they loved it, just like yours. Blessings on your day.

  2. Rosie, major props to you for making homemade chili, just for the sake of your Frito pie. We both know that you coulda gone to 7 11 and assembled a Frito pie in-store from hot dog chili and nacho cheese. Nice touch, by the way, with the tomatoes and green onions – they make yer pie look almost Christmasy, even if you made it in July, lol.

  3. I like how you actually make the chili. Most recipes I find call for canned chili. Yuck, not into canned. Chili is so fun to make from scratch and it tastes SO much better!

  4. Making this rn. Sadly halfway thru I realized I was out of tomato sauce (even out of tomato paste and tomato soup πŸ˜…) soo …. I used a lil left over enchilada sauce πŸ™ƒπŸ˜’πŸ˜•πŸ˜¦ yea …. the canned red kind lmao) but ykw …. it turned out delish still! Ty!
