I love sweet potatoes so I got this book. There are a few recipes that look very promising to please a crowd. A few of the recipes that are different than anything I would have mixed up together but I can’t wait to try those out.

Again, love their books. I have nearly all of them. Great recipes with great health benefits. Haven’t tried all the recipes, but the sweet potato flapjacks are very good. Love sweet potatoes.
