I love coffeecakes as they are a comfortable, cozy and not too sweet dessert that can be eaten at almost any meal. I’ve been known to eat coffeecake as a dinner dessert or enjoy a slice of cake at breakfast. That’s why I was pleased to find the Simply Delicious Coffee Cake & Gourmet Coffee cookbook by L. Lucci. Lucci has included a good selection of cake and coffee recipes to try. Some of the recipes that caught my fancy include:

Cherry Coffee Cake
Fresh Blueberry Coffee Cake
Honey Pecan Coffee Cake (I’d love to eat this but I am allergic to all nuts)
