Hey Cookaholics, Chef Kendra here and today
we’re making rigatoni with Italian sausage. I love these kinds of dishes. They’re easy
to make. They’re fast and they’re always a crowd favorite. So let’s do what we do. Let’s
head into the kitchen and make it happen. OK guys, we’ve got our ingredients measured
and all ready to go. I started this party by dicing some green bell pepper. Now we’re
going to get some olive oil in a pan over medium heat. This is just regular extra virgin olive oil.
Now we’re going to spread the oil around the pan. Just like so. Now we’re going to add some Italian sausage
to the pan, go with your favorite brand and level of spiciness you and your peeps are
into. We’re going to peel the skin off and cook them until they’re done. We’re going
to flip them occasionally, ya’ll. Side note we’re going to cook them a little
more later, so it’s really no big deal it they’re a bit raw in the middle right now. We’re adding salt to a pot over medium heat.
We’re going to cook our pasta according to the package directions. Now that we’ve got
that going we’re going to cook up our peppers in olive oil. Chop up our sausage into bit size pieces.
We’re going to stir our peppers around a bit, we just want them to start softening. We’re
tossing in our garlic and we’re going to get that mixed in. You don’t have to use peppers for this dish
you could just leave them out. It’s your kitchen, do what you want. By the way, the link to this recipe is in

there. We’ve added our sausage to our pan now we’re

our next is our pasta sauce. Just use your favorite store brand or check out my tasty
pasta sauce video. Next up is our flavoring components, salt,
pepper, red pepper flakes, and minced flat leaf parsley. Once that’s in we’re going to
make sure we mix up everything really well, guys. Now we’re going to add our wonderful sausage
and peppers mixture to our pasta. There’s nothing left to do but to stir it up and get
some bowls ready. Well it is the business of sprinkling the
