Healthy Instant Breakfast Rolled Oats 3-4 Cups, Corn Flakes 1 cup (no flavour), Cinnamon powder, Chia seeds 1 Tbsp, Flax Seeds 1/4 Cup, Raisins and Black Raisins 1/4 Cup (added for sweetness) If you are not Diabetic this can be increased as per your taste This recipe is similar to Granola. In this dry Fruits not added. If you prepare for non-diabetic or children include dry fruits as per your choice Water Melon seeds and Pumpkin seeds 1/4 cup, Cashews and Peanuts 1/4 cup, Almonds and pista 1/4 cups, Dry Coconut Add Milk or Curd to this instant Breakfast When you do Granola with Dry Fruits, add Jaggery or Brown sugar or Coconut Sugar melted with Butter Take a pan, first dry roast Rolled Oats until it is slightly golden Brown. Oats good for Constipation, Prevent Cancer, controls Diabetes, Controls Blood Pressure. Oats is good for Weight Loss Dry Roast Corn flakes. Packed with Nutrients, rich in Protein, Good for Heart, Lungs, good for Weight Loss Dry Roast Cashews and Peanuts. These are rich in Protein and good Cholesterol. Good for Heart health. Dry roast pista and Almonds. Pista is low in Glycemic Index.Good for Blood pressure, Diabetes,. Both are rich in Protein. Almonds rich in vitamin E, Magnesium, Omega 3 fatty acids. Contains Fiber, Protein etc. As the skin is pealed slightly clean and add to the Oats Dry roast Pumpkin seeds and Water Melon Seeds. These seeds are very good for Prostate Gland Dry roast Flax seeds . This is rich in antioxidants, Fiber, Protein,. This is good for Heart, Diabetes, Constipation Dry roast Chia Seeds. Packed with Nutrients, Fiber, Protein etc., Add Dry coconut and roast for few seconds and remove Flax seeds and Chia seeds can be taken only one to two Tsp a day Add Raisins and Black Raisins, Cinnamon powder for flavour. Now mix all the ingredients well Dry fruits, Jaggery, Brown sugar melted with Butter and can be added to this to make perfect Granola recipe To make Diabetic Breakfast, add Milk or Curd to 1/4 to1/2 cup of the Instant Breakfast.
