MUMMY’S COOKING – CABBAGE PAKODA


CABBAGE PAKODA Cabbage finely sliced 1 Cup, Add Onion finely sliced 1, Green chillies 2, Ginger, Garlic, Coriander leaves, Curry Leaves, Salt, Fennel powder 1/2 Tsp, Garam Masala 1/2 Tsp, Chilli powder, Coriander seeds broken 1/2 Tsp andJeera Now mix well with your hand and keep aside for 5-10 minutes so that the mixture oozes out water Now add Rice flour 1 Tbsp and Besan 1 Cup little by little and mix well Now add water little by little and mix Take a small bunch of mixture, spread and drop in oil and fry until golden brown Cabbage Pakoda is ready .
