To make dough, Add warm milk (3/4 cup) salt (1/2 tsp) Sugar (1 tbsp) Yeast (1 tbsp) Mix it & set aside in air tight place. In a big bowl, add all purpose flour (2 cup) add half beated egg Yogurt (1 tbsp) add yeast mixture in it. While kneading add olive oil (3 tbsp) Grease your bowl with olive oil. Place it in air tight place, covered. Take 1/2 kg boneless chicken, marinate with tikka masala(1 tsp) Red chili powder (1/3 tsp) Red chili flakes (1/3 tsp) Chopped garlic (2 cloves) Yogurt (1 tbsp) Mix it. Salt (2 pinch) Let it marinate for 30 mins In a pan add olive oil (2 tbsp) add marinated chicken Cook until its color changes Cook it for 5 mins on low flame with cover. Switch off the flame and set aside After its been 30 minutes, take it out Make small dough balls from it. Cover them with kitchen towl for 5 mins.
