How to Make Stove Top Pizza – Chef Kendra’s Easy Cooking!

Hey Cookaholics, Chef Kendra here and today
we’re making Stove Top Pizza. Before we get started I wanted to remind you guys that
my “How to Make Cooking Videos” course will be released in 9 days and if you want
to get in on the discount go “here” to pre-order. You won’t be billed until the
course is released Saturday, July 18, 2015. Now get out there and make your own cooking
videos! As you can see we chopped our vegetables for
our topping and I’m browning some Italian sausage. This happens to be spicy Italian
sausage works great, it’s your kitchen do what you want. Now we’re moving the sausage to a plate
and we can begin putting this crazy pizza together, guys. Trivia Time. Who was the first person to open
a pizza shop in the United States? A. Angelo De Luca. B Gennuardo Lombardi. C. Leonardo
Russo. Leave your answer in the comments below! 103 Next up we’re going to add the salt,
olive oil, flour, baking powder, yeast, honey, and water. We’re going to mix all this up
really well. This will be the perfect time to pre-heat your oven to 450 degrees…just
kidding, ya’ll this is 100% going down on the stove top. You can nab the recipe at chefkendraseasycooking.com.
You know I got you. Once everything is mixed up we’re going
to put a little oil on our fingers and maneuver the dough to cover the entire bottom of the
pan. The bottom will be browned, the inside slightly chewy and it will amazingly enough
be pizza. You want to watch it while cooking because some oven/pan combos cook faster and
some slower and you don’t want to burn your pizza. We’ve brushed on some olive oil. We’re
adding some pizza sauce, sausage, onions, bell peppers, cheese and olives. We’re going
to cover the pan with a tight fitting lid and cook for 5 minutes over medium low heat.
Then we’re going to twist the top of the lid so that air gets in and cook the pizza
for another 10-15 minutes. Checking occasionally so our crust doesn’t over brown. If you
want you’re cheese a little bit browned up you can stick this sucker under the broiler
for a couple of minutes but I don’t really do that but it’s an option. We’re getting those olives down, these are
pre-sliced black olives. Now the lid goes down. We’re going to twist the lid after
5 minutes making a little vent. And that’s all it is to it. Share my recipes, and if you haven’t already
subscribe. That’s all I have this week. I’ll see you next week. Chef Kendra is out.
Peace. Trivia answer. Gennuardo Lombardi decided
to open a pizza shop in the New York City in 1905. Before all that went down Americans
thought pizza was very foreign, and actually it was. Now Americans can’t seem to get
enough of Pizza. So if you got B you, my friend are correct.
