		<description><![CDATA[Hey Bowhunter you rock! Seeing your lemon and orangecellos change colours 
intrigued me so much I had to try it. My first batch turned out awesome! 
I&#039;m on my second batch now and I know it will be even better. I am in 
Ontario and use 94% pure grain alcohol from Quebec... I cut it about 2 to 1 
with simple syrup. Stuff is super sweet and lemony but has some serious 
kick at about 32% alcohol... does not freeze heh. Salut and Enjoy! ]]></description>

you may like to try is run your alcohol through a britta filter a few times 
before adding it. The carbon purifies and removes chemicals which hamper 
taste and are responsible for hangovers.. A simple process you may like ; )]]></description>
