Crack 4 eggs. Okay, let’s make broth. Measure kombu dashi. Measure soy sauce. Measure mirin. Broth is ready. Put chicken in a pan. You can add chicken skin too if you like. Add onion. Add broth. Cook on low heat. Put a lid. Make sure chicken is totally cooked. Chicken is cooked! Add eggs. Do not stiar eggs. Put a lid. Wait for 45 seconds. Put steamed rice in the bowl.
