Fair time is kind of like when Pavlov rings his bell…we salivate at all the great food – especially the funnel cakes.

With the Carnival Funnel Cake Maker, you can have delicious funnel cakes anytime. It comes with a pitcher, fry ring, sugar shaker, and two bags of mix. All you do is add water.

Just add one cup of the dry mix to 3/4 cup of water, mix it, and pour the batter in the pitcher. Place the fry ring in the skillet of hot oil and pour the batter in the pan. In less than three minutes, the funnel cake is done and ready for a sprinkling of powdered sugar. I discovered that the funnel cakes are better if you add more batter to make it thicker. Thicker is Better!
