Quick and easy knafeh recipe Subscribe to my channel below Ingredients list: Full cream milk, thickened cream, caster sugar, corn flour (sifted), rose water, orange blossom, fine semolina, cornflakes, pistachios, sugar syrup, rose petals (optional) * Quantities are in the description Crush corn flakes into a coarse texture Crush pistachios into a coarse texture Set aside for later Pour milk and cream into saucepan and bring
to the boil then turn down to simmer Mix well and continue stirring Add in sugar and mix until it dissolves Add in semolina and mix well Add in the cornflour and stir it in well Add the rose water and orange blossom and
stir Stir, stir, stir … After a while, you will see and feel it thicken up, remove from the heat Lightly cover the base of an oven proof serving dish with half of the cornflakes (prepared
earlier) Pour the mixture into the serving dish Lightly cover the top with cornflakes Bake in oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees
Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) Sprinkle with pistachios and rose petals (optional)
