Greetings! Welcome to Kiran's recipes. Today we will learn how to make the tasty dish of cheese and yoghurt. Let us note down the ingredients required to make cheese yoghurt dish. Tomato puree which is prepared from 2 big tomatoes, Puree is made by grinding tomatoes in a mixer. cumins seeds (1 small table spoon) Refined oil (1 big spoon) Turmeric powder (1 small table spoon) Red chilly powder (1 small table spoon) 2 green chilly, chopped coriander leaves 1 small piece of ginger. Take 1 small piece of ginger and grate it. 250 gram of cheese cubes and 1 bowl of fresh curd. We have taken 250 gm of cheese and cut it into small cubes. Washed it well. Now let us start making the dish of curd and cheese in a pan First lit on the gas stove and put a pan over it. Wait for some time to get it heated. Pan is hot now. Add 1 big table spoon of refined oil into the pan. Let the oil to get heated for sometime. Oil is now heated up. Now add 1 small table spoon of cumins seeds in the pan. Allow it to get roasted for some time till the colour changes to brown. Now the cumins seeds are roasted, add the grated ginger paste in the pan and mix it with cumins seeds and oil. Roast all the mixture well in the pan while moving the spoon continuously. Roast the ginger paste till the colour changes to brown. Keep the gas intensity to medium or low. Now add the tomato puree made from 2 big tomatoes in the mixer in the pan and mix it well with other ingredients and cook for some time. Roast and cook the tomato puree well and keep the gas intensity in medium mode. Now the tomato paste is well cooked in pan. Add the salt as per your taste in the pan or half table spoon. We can use the rock salt also if we are cooking for the fast in navratra's. Add 1 small table spoon of red chilly powder Add 1 small spoon of turmeric powder. Mix all the ingredients well and cook till the time the ingredients leave the oil in the pan. Take 1 bowl of fresh thick curd and squash it well with a spoon in the bowl. Squash till the time the curd gets thin in strength in the bowl. Now the curd is ready to add in the dish. Now the tomato paste is also cooked very well in the pan as its colour is changed and it leave the oil in the pan. Now we add the curd in the pan and mix it well with other ingredients and cook it for some more time in the pan. Keep the gas stove intensity in low mode and stir the mixture in between while cooking. Don't keep the gas in high mode as otherwise the curd Now add some water in the pan. Stir the mixture continuously. Now the curd gravy is ready. Add the cheese pieces with the gravy in the pan. Mix the cheese cubes with the gravy and stir the mixture for some more minutes so that cheese gets mixed with gravy well. Now add some chopped coriander leaves in the pan and mix it with the gravy. Now the tasty dish of curd and cheese is ready in the pan. Allow it for sometime to get it cool down. Close the gas and put it for some time so that dish gets cool down. So we can pour it in a pan. Now we take the dish out in a small pan or bowl to serve with chapati, rice, paratha, puri etc. Now for more taste and to decorate we add some fresh cream on the dish. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves over the dish. Cut the green chilly and cut it from between and decorate it over the dish.
