Creole Seafood Stew Recipe : Tips for Seasoning Seafood Stew

Hi, my name is Karl James, owner of Creolesoul
Catering located in Round Rock, TX and on behalf of Expert Village I’m here to show
you my creole seafood stew. Our stew the base of it has been simmering with that trinity
tomato and tomato paste gets it all mixed up. It has a nice little reddish color going
on here. Now we want to add the seasoning to it that we made earlier, that we used on
our shrimp and fish. Cause we want this to be seasoned as well so we’ll mix those seasonings in and then
we are going to add a little Worcestershire sauce to it. Continue to mix, get that mixed in
and then that parsley, green onion tops and pepper, let’s get that in there now. This
will give those peppers the chance now to break down and spread that heat among the
entire stew and like I said I’ve been accused of making things too hot. I was planning on
using hot habanero for this, well we got those items in let this simmer a little bit so everything
of those flavors can come out and seasoning can mix in through our stew base, I’ll see
you back at the next step.
