my name is Chris Shepherd chef/owner of underbelly and hey Burton what do I love about cooking I'd like to see things change through time to temperature through textures and flavors and that it makes me personally gratified and happy I love a burner anything being a post player possible because I wanted to see where we're going to be going it's physically molding the impossible burger into your hands like you feel the fat you feel the same textures under your hands and then when you season it put it on the plancha sizzles it Sears and then it's very pleasing that aspect you build it in the same aspect of your burger hasted I mean when I tried this burger six full Oh what just happened like everything involved into it makes sense
