I’m Ana Lebrón from Dominican Republic. I bring to you a seafood and coconut stew from our coast. It’s made with a base of mackerel from Ocoa Bay, with shrimp from Sánchez, and lobster from Pedernales. Served with tomato and cilantro stir-fry, inherited from the Spaniards, and coconut from the Antilleans. this plate is a unique experience, evoking all of our history in a single bite. Enjoy!
