weight with the brown rice so what do you have to do you just have to soak
brown rice in the water for 10 to 15 minutes now we’ll just cook brown rice

helps in diabetes and even with the high cholesterol rice brown rice health
benefits are so many health benefits of brown rice it includes the better
functioning of the cardiovascular system digestive system brain and nervous
system it is loaded with the powerful antioxidants which provides a leaf from
the range of conditions such as the hypertension and Henry levels of LDL
called stall stress mental depression skin disorders highly nutritional
content of the brown rice provides effective in the various medical
conditions such as the cancer diabetes obesity

I should chop some garlic and add to this recipe this is a freshly grated
ginger and it just added a lot of flavor fresh flavor to your rice or to your
recipes so and it even helps in weight loss so I always prefer to add ginger
and garlic to my recipes for taking the profit of it and as you all know that
capsicum is again a good vegetable or you can even use it as a salad in your
recipes or you can make lots of Celyn out of capsicum and it also helps in
lots of weight loss because of its more of Hiva corn fiber content like this I
have added if you want to add tomato you can add I generally don’t prefer adding
tomatoes to the rice just saute it for a few minutes and now you can add your
peppers to your onion and garlic to know about the quinoa
that recipe that was also over the ureter recipe it is a very yummy even it
helps in lots of weight as the as you all must be known that quinoa has lots
of protein in that so just when was that with you also so now I’m adding some
peppers and under settings and salt to the recipe and this is the red chili
powder I just add according to your taste and then now just add all the rice
that cooked a brown rice to your vegetables and your rice is ready I just
covered it for another two minutes so that all this now all the spices and
it’s flavors they’ll just mix with the rice and now I’m adding some chopped
coriander over it now it’s looking beautiful and my best step is just add a
spoon or two spoon of lemon juice to your recipe and now the loire lemon rice
is ready and believe me it is extremely tasty so just guys just to make it eat
