Great recipes for using broccoli and easy to make…..suggestion for the Broccoli Bisque—-when left over, the following day add some shredded cheese and OLA a another great soup.

I love Broccoli in any form. I especially love Broccoli soup and so does my family. This is a great addition to my Kindle library of recipes. I have made all the recipes and they all turned out great. They are very simple but tasty recipes. I always use Broccoli straight out of my garden or organic for a better tasting soup. I do not make my own chicken or vegetable stock. I purchase organic stock in a box which is very tasty and works great in these recipes. Everyone has the lee way as to whether they use homemade stock vs. store bought. Also, some people prefer to use skim milk in recipes for lower fat. I personally use Organic Whole Milk because I like the extra creamy flavor. When it comes to liquids in a soup recipe everyone has their own preference or cooking style in regards to that. These recipes are very versatile on the type of liquid you prefer to use. This little book is a must have for the Broccoli lover and is well worth the price.

The recipes are well written and contain no surprises, although I found the inappropriate and generic “Disclaimer and Terms Of Use” to be fairly humorous when applied to this book. Read that for a laugh before you start cookin’. A solid four star effort, enjoy! I’m off to check my teeth.
